Dog frozen to the sidewalk in WI
This makes me want to cry.
Jiffy, an 11 year old Border Collie froze to the sidewalk outside his house when his animal-neglecting owner left him outside in 6 degree weather. He’s 50 lbs overweight and can’t walk – only crawl. They were able to free him after being stuck to that sidewalk for over 12 hours, and he’s now under the care of the Humane Society.
He seems like a happy dog besides the fact that he must be exhausted all the time. I really hope they can get him back into shape and in a healthy, happy home.
