Photoshop adbusting in Berlin

This is a very public way of proving that no matter how pretty a celebrity is, there was a lot of work that went into making sure they look perfect. It’s a pretty cool site – scroll down to see this picture and others.

Women of the world mourn

Johnny Depp is getting married in April to his girlfriend of 10-years, and mother of his two children, Vanessa Paradis.

Go ahead and wipe away the tears. There’s no shame in it.

Oh, Ryan. Don’t high five blind guys.

Despite his hoakiness and the fact that I don’t like any shows that he does, I do like Ryan Seacrest. He’s a funny guy. But Ryan.. you just pulled a Bush.

FAIL.

Hey Tropicana…. what?

If you ask me, this is just a weird way to promote your product. I’m not so sure that putting people with the likeness of Barack  and his daughter on promotional materials for orange juice around the time of Inauguration just after you’ve done a massive (and a huge step backwards, if you ask me) overhaul on your product’s branding is a great idea.

Oh, and by the way – the kid in the ad is a boy.

Apple’s Steve Jobs to take medical leave

I sincerely hope this isn’t/doesn’t turn into anything serious. Steve Jobs is iconic for my generation.

Apple Inc. CEO Steve Jobs said Wednesday he will take a leave of absence from the computer and music-player maker because of health issues.

Jobs, who announced last week that he suffered from a hormone imbalance that caused him to lose weight, said he will be away from the job until the end of June.

“In order to take myself out of the limelight and focus on my health, and to allow everyone at Apple to focus on delivering extraordinary products, I have decided to take a medical leave of absence until the end of June,” Jobs said in a statement.

Jobs said curiosity over his personal health was a distraction and that his health-related issues have become “more complex” during the past week.

Help me move forward!

In tough times of economic struggle, I'm sympathetic to those in the same boat as myself and many others I know. Zack & Miri might have made a lighthearted jab at financial woes, but it's not to be taken lightly. A donation to help Dave and I would be amazing, from anyone who can donate *anything*. And to those of you hurting just as much as the rest of us - just a comment or two wouldn't hurt :)
